Manzanita Hall Renovation
After nearly 3 years of construction, historic Manzanita Hall has been reborn. The coed residential hall features double-occupancy accommodations with suite-style bathrooms. Residents enjoy 24-hour campus security and front-desk services, computer lab, laundry facilities, dining hall, fitness center, meeting spaces and two-story lounges with community kitchens. The 215,000-square-foot building houses 816 students from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences in a state-of-the-art living and learning environment.
