A new model for health education

The College of Health Solutions, launched last year, is changing the landscape of medical education. Its faculty, students and staff are addressing the complexities facing the current health care system with the deliberate intention of improving health outcomes for patients and their families, promoting better access to care and encouraging better health and wellness in our population.

“A large determinant of health is our lifestyle, and the good news is that if we change our behavior we can change our health. How we eat, our environment, how we exercise – these are things that we can control.” – Keith Lindor, dean of the College of Health Solutions
